Ingredients: 2 slices of bread 1 boiled potato 2 tablespoons chopped onion Salt (as per taste) Red chili flakes (optional) 2 tablespoons grated cheese 1 teaspoon butter or oil How to Make It: First, peel the boiled potato and mash it well in a bowl. Add chopped onion, salt, and chili flakes. Mix everything properly. Now take a bread slice and spread the potato mixture evenly on top. Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato layer. Heat a pan and add a little butter or oil. Place the bread on the pan (potato side up). Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes. When the bottom becomes golden and crispy and the cheese melts, it is ready. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
