Causes of hairfall.
Nobody understands your hair better than you do.
Your hair is not just something on your head — it is part of your body. And just like your body, it reacts differently to everything you apply. That’s why not every home remedy or viral hair care combination will work for you.
From my personal experience, I have been caring for my hair since I was 11 years old. Back then, my hair was extremely thick. Hair accessories wouldn’t stay in place, so I often tied it into an oily ponytail. Even at that age, I understood how my hair reacted — how it felt after oiling, how it behaved after shampooing.
But as I entered puberty, something changed.
My thick hair slowly started thinning. At first, I blamed oils, shampoos, and remedies. I tried different home treatments, hoping something would fix it. Some remedies worked beautifully. Others made things worse.
That’s when I realized something important:
It wasn’t just about the remedies.
It was about hormones.
The Real Reason Home Remedies Don’t Always Work
Many people believe natural remedies are magical solutions. But hair health is deeper than what we apply externally.
Especially for women, hormones like estrogen and progesterone play a major role. These are essential female hormones that influence:
When these hormones are balanced and at their peak, your entire body radiates health — including your hair. But during puberty, menstrual cycles, stress, or hormonal imbalance, hair thinning can naturally happen.
No oil or DIY mask can fully fix a hormonal shift.

What works for one person may damage another.
The root cause matters
If hair fall is hormonal, nutritional, or stress-related, surface treatments won’t be enough.
Puberty changes everything
During teenage years, the body transforms. Hair texture and thickness can naturally change.
Overuse can backfire
Too much oiling or mixing random ingredients can weaken the scalp.
