Easy cheap and tasty snacks recipes
This is a very easy and tasty snack. It is perfect for breakfast or evening tea. It is cheap, filling, and everyone loves it.
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 boiled potato
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Salt (as per taste)
Red chili flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 teaspoon butter or oil
How to Make It:
First, peel the boiled potato and mash it well in a bowl.
Add chopped onion, salt, and chili flakes. Mix everything properly.
Now take a bread slice and spread the potato mixture evenly on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the potato layer.
Heat a pan and add a little butter or oil.
Place the bread on the pan (potato side up).
Cover with a lid and cook on low flame for 3–4 minutes.
When the bottom becomes golden and crispy and the cheese melts, it is ready.
Cut into triangles and serve hot.

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

1 tablespoon oil
How to Make It:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion and cook until it becomes soft and light golden.
Now add chopped tomato and green chili.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until the tomato becomes soft.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Break the eggs directly into the pan.
Stir continuously and cook on low flame.
Keep mixing until the eggs are fully cooked and soft.
Do not overcook, or they will become dry.
Your tasty Masala Egg Bhurji is ready.
Serve hot with roti or bread.
